Keep your possessions close to you. With only two patrons and two staff members in the place on 10-17-2012, i "lost" a $300 pair of sunglasses. Simply requested if the owners could review the 'security' tapes. I was told by the manager over twenty-four hours later when i called back that she had gotten in trouble with the owners for "bothering" them with this and was told by said owners not to "be bothering" them with this again. A simple request to have a look at the CCTV or in-store surveillance is too much for a customer. Thanks for the help.
