Saul Palacio was assigned as my project manager and in a year, he was on my property perhaps 15 times. The project was a 600 sq ft ADU and a 360 sq ft garage. After a year, the project still isn't complete. The framing was done incorrectly so the footing stuck out from the frame and it had to be sawed off to apply the stucco correctly. No water/gas piping was run from the house to the ADU prior to pouring the slab, so the home couldn't be connected to the utilities, causing my driveway/yard to have to be cut up after the fact to install the proper piping. The laundry room gas line was installed too high for the unit we were installing (and they had the make and model number of the unit ahead of time). The kitchen sink plumbing was installed beyond the plane of the wall, causing the plumbing to stick out preventing the cabinets to be installed flush to the wall, which had to be corrected after drywall was done. Measurements were off in the bathroom causing the toilet plumbing to be too close to the shower stall and shower drain was not the right kind for a tiled shower (which was clearly specified in the plans) and was also not centered in the shower stall, requiring the concrete to be cut and the piping moved to correct. The ADU was never wired for AC/heat. The wall for the sliding door was not measured properly and had to be torn out and re-framed, which included cutting the concrete footing, which was also incorrect. I could go on and on. This company is a nightmare!
