Have had lots of our meat processed by several meat processors yet we drive 200 round trip to have our meat processed at cypress valley of colonial. We brought our first lamb and hogs to them. We were so scared of not getting all our meat back or doing a terrible. I have never been so satisfied or informed of what he processed involved..we came here from tons of references from our area. GO CYPRESS VALLEY OF VIOLONIA¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
