Hilmann Homes built our home in 2016. Great home, great plan. We love it. And they are fantastic to work with. In 2020, I had a plumbing problem that was initially diagnosed as a flaw from the construction process. I contacted Brad Plamann, owner of Hilmann Homes, about it, and Brad quickly addressed the issue, even though the home was well past its warranty period. IT turned out it was not a construction issue - the plumber we hired misdiagnosed it. Brad fixed the issue at great cost and time, but refused to take any money. A true sign of their character. Hilmann is my builder of choice.
