Patricia Woodward has a huge family working her group homes and also her day services. Nepotism is at an all time high and they cover up for one another. There is a father and mother with two sons, sisters, wives, sister in laws all working in her group home and in her day services and even in her offices. My son has had several falls with the last one causing a compressed vertebrae wherein no one seems to know what happened. That has been the case with all of his falls, no one knows anything. There is a staff of good people working this group home however the favoritism and nepotism trump any good this home has to give. Rather than firing the inept staff that are responsible for my son's fractured vertebrae, Patricia just moves them to another one of her group homes.
