My husband contacted Ron after finding him in the phone book. He was very impressed right off the bat with Rob's prompt responses and follow-ups. Ron and his Dad who has been in the business 57 years I believe came and gave us an estimate. First impression of the father son team was very good. We hired them on the spot and had no regrets. They were always prompt, in a good mood and wasted no time. Ron had given us an estimated time of 1 week to get our difficult job done which I thought at the time was very optimistic so I was not disappointed when it ran over a couple of days.
