We have asked this company NOT to leave our gate open as we have a dog that will run out as this is NOT the first time letting our dogs out. On any normal day, they weedeat first, shut the gate and then they mow. So when they're done mowing I let my dogs out. Well on 9/27/22 I guess they decided to mow first unbeknownst to me so when mower left I LET MY DOGS OUT just to find out the guy left the gate wide open and there went our dog. The owner blamed me stating I shouldn't have let my dogs out as they weren't done. Well first don't blame me when YOU are the one that left gate opened after being asked not to, 2nd YOU switched the routine by mowing FIRST instead of last as normal BUT FOR THE OWNER TO TELL OUR NEIGHBORS is REALLY bad customer service and totally unacceptable!!!!
