We were extremely satisfied with NCY on our renovation. Product delivery exceeded our expectations and was delivered in a timely manner. We felt we had an excellent relationship with Nathan - he is easy to work with and provides excellent advice and overall project management was terrific. Nathan is extremely attentive to customer needs and is always available to them. His excellent final product is a testament to his attentiveness to every detail. My experience with NCY was amazing! They listened to my ideas and would offer advice and other ideas to get the best for our house. Nathan and Rob were so easy to get along with and were very respectful of our home and family during the entire project. They are very professional and efficient with time. They cleaned up their “messes” so we never felt like there was extra trash. We always knew what the prices were and felt that we got the best quality for an awesome price. They were readily available to answer questions, meet with us, and come to check on things. We really can’t say enough positive things about Nathan, Rob, and their company! – Melissa – Richardson, TX
