NEVER! When I attended she claimed Word 2010 would be taught. Totally bogus! The book was 2007 & for the first month (of which there was only 2 months of instruction) & she was teaching 2007 on 2007 software. This was only one problem I had. I complained to Unemployment & nothing was done other than the 2nd month it was then changed to 2010. How convenient it was that the cost was exactly the same amount that Unemployment grants $4000! I should not have listened to Unemployment & attended RVCC class, it was $3500. cheaper & I would have ACTUALLY learned more! It enrages me that S.B. received $4000. for my attendance. I now realize how political Unemployment & business are. I will add that I have a customer service in retail background before this class & now I can say I climbed up a step & I am now in healthcare. My instruction at BTII has NOT played a part in my new AMAZING career. I see she has since moved & I can only hope that her income came down also! BAD EXPERIENCE! I've waited 2 years to post this review, so you know that this is true. I can't mean this more that she has a lot of nerve costing tax payers thousands for basically a bunch of LIES that is backed up my the Unemployment system!

I took several great Microsoft courses at BTII Institute. The instructors are wonderful! They make sure you learn the material thoroughly. They really care. I highly recommend this school and the instructors. The owner, Sharon Bussey, runs the school very professionally, while being very warm and personable. She spends extra one on one time with students who need extra help. The lovely and comfortable school decor contributes to the learning environment. When I take additional courses, I will attend the school again.

​ BTII Institute has an excellent Project Management course. I took it remotely. I live in Chicago and the school is located in New Jersey. It was very interactive and I was was fully integrated into the classroom experience. As a professor, I can attest to the fact that the instructor and the course materials were outstanding. I plan to take additional courses in the future and highly recommend BTII Institute to others.
