I do not reccomend CK Images! It's been over a year since our photoshoot and we still have not seen one picture! The day of the photoshoot was also not good. She texted in a rude manner and was not friendly at all. She made us feel like a huge burden of her time. When we met her at Topsail, I had to tell her how to photograph us. We paid $100 for her services. She has made it impossible to recieve the pictures. She told me when they were ready on a cd... I couldn't get them at the time because I was on my honeymoon, then after that I was having a hard time due to family passing away and other unfortunate events. I texted her letting her know my Papa died and that i was having a rough time and I asked her very nicely, to email them to me. She was rude again.... she didn't offer condolences or anything she just said "I have your CD it's available for pick up anytime there's too many photos to email them" (I have screeshots of this convo). I gave her my husbands number so they could set up a meet to get photos and she ignored that. I have asked her to meet up with me several times Including at Walmart (where she works) she ignored my messages leaving them on "read". I finally posted a review on her Facebook page and she accused me of lying then blocked me. I have screenshots of messages between us proving I am not lying. I texted her screenshots and told her she is rude and she threatened to call the police so i obviously stopped texting her. All I wanted was a refund or my photos or at the very least AN APOLOGY. Crystal is rude, unprofessional, childish and an amateur photographer. Save your money.
