I do not recommend this man to anyone! He rented my property and was supposed to fix things up in exchange for lower rent. He did absolutely nothing except paint a room. He was supposed to paint the entire house as well as repair the ceiling. He patched the ceiling with an ugly board. He left the house in nasty condition and he took my stove. It appears as though he never mopped a single floor. He left me with a mess! Is this someone you'd hire? Now I can't find him.
