Work was done on my pool decking, expansion joints and coping in January of 2020. The work was warrantied for two years. I have been e mailing and texting him since May with issues that have not held up as promised and have sent many pictures to confirm my concerns. This big crack that was injected with epoxy and resin is back, the grout where the coping meets the time was never done properly and the coping which was painted has faded. He continuously has excuses why he has not returned to fix the problems and keeps postponing the resolution. I am tired of being lied to. I wish I had never used him for my pool repairs.
