Biggest mistake I have ever made ! Purchased the Mitsubishi split duct system price 4500 , heat worked great the air does not my house is small and very well insulated, called them for repair they came out cleaned it , still 80 degrees in my house when hot. Called them again same thing cleaned it , and again the owner said he wanted to check my insulation to see if that could be the problem! Ok well if that was the case the 220 window unit we previously had wouldn’t have froze me out !!! They have not returned still not cooling ! Do not buy from these people they do not stand behind their products !
