Perjured (lied while under oath) himself multiple times while at court on September 8th 2020 (Case No. 20-0426LT). He will illegally attempt evictions, and has no trouble commiting felonies in front of a Judge to get his way in eviction court. KEEP RECORDS OF ALL COMMUNICATIONS with Larry. Do not speak to him on the phone without a call recorder. He will do and say anything in order to win, and unless you have overwhelming proof, the city of Wyoming has no problem allowing him to get away with it. Man belongs in prison.

He's allowing a 73 yr. old woman & handicap sone to live in deplorable conditions Mold & mildew ceiling falling down in her bedroom due to major leak from upstairs . Threatens her if she calls the city he will have her evicted ASAP . I have pictures & video to back up my claim on this man SLUMLORD FROM HELL only cares about the $$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!! Do not use! The owners that run this company do not care about their clients. We have a property they they managed and we tried communicating with them every month about the property and they either didn't answer or fed us answers we wanted to hear but we're not true. We were told many times our property was being taken care of when it was barely cared for at all.
