A recent client emailed: "We cannot thank you enough for all that you have done to make our construction project such a pleasant experience!! Even though you were our 4th business to have out for an estimate your professionalism and expertise topped them all!! We were thankful that the folks on Lake James were great advertisers and had such a strong "word of mouth" endorsement of your work. We really appreciated your suggestions especially on design. Fortunately, I know myself well enough to realize that even though I think I know what I want...it's sometimes not really what I want at all. Your patience and gentle suggestions were just what we needed to make the (difficult-for us) decisions on a certain design plan...like the angled sides with the privacy screen. We love it...and have spent much time sitting there already...it truly is our favorite place to be!!! Also, the natural flow of the design/construction to accommodate our flower pots and coffee cups was a real bonus!! We can't say enough about all of the workers, who worked so hard each day. Their work ethic of being diligent, meticulous and timely was a blessing!!!! We also appreciated your close supervision by phone and in person with the workers. And thank you, thank you as well for keeping us "in the loop" of that communication each step of the way."
