This company is rude on the phone and unwilling to work with customers, that is, if you can get them on the phone. They will only set appointments in 5 hour increments; therefore, they require you to take off work to sit around and wait to accommodate them. They are unwilling to call prior to arrival, they will only call when they arrive at your home.
