Horrible appraiser (Andrea Horner). I would never deal with this person again. She cost me $7,000 on this deal and the house she used to prove her case is about 350 square foot smaller. She also did not consider the fact that we had all new rubber roofs installed on our house totalling $5300 and many other items that we noticed were not accurate on her report. If your lender suggests this appraiser I would recommend you ask for ANYONE ELSE because she will break up your deal and not even think twice about it. She doesnt care about anything except getting her fee. After that it's off to the next deal to mess up! Stay away from this one!
