Chidi from Mechanical King came out to service my unit because it was not getting cool. He replaced a lot of stuff and I'm still basically having the same issues. In addition, there was other work done that I was going to have done elsewhere, but if you can have a one stop shop for everything, why not get it all done right. Boy was my thinking on that WRONG. Chidi was suppose to return to finish the job he started but since then has been avoiding my calls. There is also other questions I have regarding the work performed on my HVAC unit that I can't get an answer to since I can't get a return call or text. At this point, it looks as if I may need to find another contractor to finish the project started by Chidi at Mechanical King as well as to take a second look at air conditioning issues due to not being unable to get in contact with the tech from Chidi at Mechanical King. I guess it's hard to find a good, honest, reliable HVAC tech in Metro Atlanta

I would like Thank Mr. Chidi and his crew for coming to install a new furnace for my home. They were very professional and moved with urgency to have the beat restored as it one of the coldest days of the winter. You guys did a fantastic job! Thank you and I highly recommend your work!
