I would strongly recommend that you NOT do business with Dean the owner of DJ Heating & Cooling LLC. I had Dean install a new air conditioner last October and paid him in full. Over the recent Memorial Day weekend I turned the AC on for the first time and it did not go on. It appears that power is not getting to the unit. I called and spoke to Dean and he said that he would call me on Tuesday the day after Memorial Day. He did not call me so I called and left a message that I wanted him to call me and take a look at the problem. He did not return my call and I called him again on Thursday of that week and he again never returned my call. When he installed my unit he told me that he would service the unit going forward. This shows his total lack of respect of his clients when is is not willing to even return their call and is totally unexceptable. To hold yourself out as a high quality and service oriented business and not work with a customer regarding their issues on a unit that you installed brand new is outrageous.
