This is the first review I’ve ever written for a company but this is simply the WORST company I’ve ever encountered! I had FOUR appointments scheduled to have my ice maker repaired and confirmed the appointments to have them simply not show up to any of them! They ignore my phone calls and won’t call me back! I have filed complaints with LG and Home Depot who contracted them to do the work! These guys are terrible and should not be in business!!!

I don't usually write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one in hopes that it will spare someone else the inconvenience and frustration I went through. I believe the guy that came out to my home name was Jean from Handy Tech Services. He was assigned to me through my home insurance warranty. Upon arrival he immediately requested payment $125 which is my deductible to fix my oven. I questioned having to pay before the work was done and he assured me that getting payment upfront was protocol. He said he needed to order parts for my oven and that he would be back in contact with me. I called him several times with no response. He eventually answered one of my phone calls and said he would be by if not that day then the next day to fix my oven. He did turn up the next day to fix my oven. Against my better judgment he said the work was done and I took his word for it. Well the next day on Thanksgiving when I go to use my oven it was not working correctly. I called and text him but of course no answer. This guy claims he's been in business for years but is very unprofessional and did not know how to fix my oven correctly.
