I would not recommend using Northeastern, especially for an in-ground pool! Did not measure properly for new liner, it was installed poorly as a result. Told them we can redo pool this spring by Memorial day. It is the 11th of June and it is not complete yet. On the weekend of Memorial day they came out to do reshaping of the deep end of the pool and vermiculite the bottom of the pool since it was sand. They did a good job doing that, but left a mess of vermiculite on the coping, ladder and my paver surround. I spent hours scrubbing their mess and got no where. They said they would fix it when they would show up with the liner. They cleaned everything but the pavers which still has foot prints on them. They installed the liner on the 6th and had us fill the H2O to a certain point and then they would come back later that day to get wrinkles out, they never showed back up. As a matter of fact they didn't show up and lied to us about when they are coming back. Finally showed up on the 9th of June and had no clue of what they are doing. Disturbing my daughters birthday because they are not professional and didn't show up when they said they were. They lost the screws for the connections for the pool, never cleaned up after themselves and never had the proper tools for the job.

I would also like to add that this company does not have the required NJ state license to do pool work. I tried getting a refund through consumer affairs in Passaic County NJ and discovered they were not licensed. I agree with Ladd. I also would not recommend North Eastern. I contracted to have a liner replaced on my above ground pool. They showed up and installed the liner. I did not look over their shoulder but should have. The liner was installed incorrectly. The base of the pool was not smooth and the liner did not hang straight. Also the bottom had many wrinkles. The liner by the pump return was bulging. They left before I could inspect the job. I called them and told them that all of this. They told me to fill the pool and the wrinkles and all would go away. They did not, in fact filling the pool caused the liner to tear at the pump return. I called them repeatedly to come and correct the liner. They kept saying they would come by but never returned and met with me. Long story short I sent them a letter requesting a refund. They never replied. This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company.
