In January of 2010, Mr. Adams was paid $10,000.00 to remove, install and bring up to code the boiler system at our building that my father in law owns. After we were told the work was fully completed, a stop work order was issued to us in March 2016 and we were informed that not only was our boiler system never called into the Department of Buildings for it's final inspection but also during this time of work, Mr. Adams failed to tell us his license to practice this service was revoked. Since then our insurance company has been informing us to have this work completed ASAP and we have attempted to have this work done by numerous other companies but due to the work not being completed by Mr. Adams originally, no one was willing to touch it. After learning that Mr. Adams license was no longer revoked in 2020, we have attempted to have him complete this job. He has continually told us he will finish the work and has failed to provide us with any eta of when. We have decided to seek our money back and take our business elsewhere, when requesting a refund for the work not completed, Mr. Adams told us to take him to court. We are filing a small claims suit against him as well as NCA Plumbing & Heating, LLC. This is a scam business and should not be trusted.
