came out during the storm because we had a tree fall on our roof and into our bedroom during the storm. He lifted up the broken beams and stopped the roof from leaking water They returned the next day and helped us pack our wet belongings and brought it to a storage company. They removed the carpets and sprayed for mildew and mold and did a temporary repair on the roof until the insurance company could come to inspect. The insurance company took almost two weeks to come out, during that period it rained 4 times and they came out on their own each time to make sure the roof wasn't leaking. We have a flat roof and the hole was 2'x5' Once the insurance approved the repairs they replaced the broken beams and the entire roof and gutters. They did a nice job and were very helpful during a stressful time. They sent us pictures of the work they did every evening so we could see the progress
