Update on case. Since being granted $5000.00 in small claims in January this year against KEITH ALLEN POND, this company filed bankruptcy 7//23/2020.

Won small claims on 1/9/20 of $5000.00 by Judge Thompson. Nothing more has to be said other than: Incompetent! For the, alleged, revenue he's posted on two sites of $500,000.00-$1,000,000.00 you'd think he'd have more than 4 employees, a "real" business office ( not out of home), and only 2 separate 5 star revues that sound eerily made up. Both reviews state thier "love of cement work"! For the sake of your pocket, go else where.

I've used Kap Construction Inc for many projects on different occasions & he does beautiful work. My favorite is the concrete work that was done. I highly recommend his company.
