I contacted Jason in November 2018 and he promised me that he was the best after that he stopped answering calls until I got frustrated months later and then he said he already worked on it and sent some pictures that were found on google images when searching white bear with an ice cream. He threw something together because I demanded my money back and infringed an image online with no work of his own. When I requested my money back he said that he wouldn't return the full amount and sent me his terms and conditions after that but there was no terms and conditions until I demanded my money back. He sent me the terms and conditions/contract February 2019. He has yet to give me a penny back and has not been contacting me. He collected $200 for this service not rendered. This was for Ice Cream truck magnet and 5 stickers. He is a fraudster and I want my money back along with a report to warn others of his fraudulent acts. This is not just a complaint from an unsatisfied customer this is from someone who has been scammed. I have texts, call log, and an email. No contract was signed or review. The picture was just searched on google. You didn't have receipts and requested cash.. You've ignored my calls, text back a percentage of the time, didn't listen to one thing that I requested. Will provide phone call log along with texts, and email. This individual is a fraudster. Check his Better Business Bureau reviews... He's done this before....

This company is a joke. In fact it's not a company at all it is run out of his garage out of a house that he is squatting in. He takes an order for a sign and then orders it from another actual company and has the finished sign shipped to the address of the house he is currently living in illegally via UPS or FEDEX. Is you need validation of this please feel free to call the Copa Cabana night club for verification. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!

We have never been treated so poor by a comoany,that needed our help with a government contract.Mr Mocks poor business ethics and run around antics,suprizes us he is in business,he asked for our help,and sent a semi truck ,full of signs valued in the thousands dollar range,no fork lift,i had to pay labor to unload them,and storage for them after government, would not except any thing from this individual, and warned us of his business practice. We made sure his signs were safe,and returned to him.on the promise of reimbursement, is been 1 1/2 years and no payments and just tells my office stories, and ignores our attempts. For contact .,my reimbursement was fair and under hundred dollars.Its the principle of business. We will pursue to the fullest.
