Bridge2Hope is an Illinois nonprofit charity established to provide a temporary funding source for day and/or residential programming for young adults with developmental disabilities. Providing the smoothest transition possible from school age services to adult services and raising awareness of the need to support this population of individuals will be our primary goals.
