Researches, funds, administers, and works collaboratively with established organizations to solve urban problems primarily in the Kansas City metro. URB was founded to assist existing organizations, governmental units and other nonprofits in the development of innovative, research-based programs and processes that lead to practical, long-range solutions to difficult urban programs. The need for this holistic approach is based on evidence that a focus on one issue solutions does not provide sustainable solutions.
