Tom, I would like to share my experience as it is going right now which may provide you an opportunity. I have purchased newly constructed house by Tom Snyder in first quarter of year 2015 in Bensalem. A punch list of problems was provided to Tom which he was supposed to take care within 30 days after settlement. It has passed more than 1 and ¾ years but this punch list is still not fully taken care of. I have made many requests to Tom through e-mails, phone messages, text messages, majority of which are ignored by Tom. One of registered mail sent to his office was returned un-delivered. House had 1 year warranty. Several problems occurred which were reported to Tom in writing before the end of warranty year, many of them are still unaddressed or Tom refuses to honor the warranty. I have provided a list of problems several times to Tom. Not only in-house, outside, landscaping is done so poorly, leaving many patches due to the wood logs and stones left preventing grass from growing. I have to hire a company to address issues of landscaping. Tom left in middle of the problem he was working on, never came back to complete. Tom refuses to pick up construction trash he has left in garage. At presently, either I have to spend more money to fix these pre-existing problems of punch list and more which occurred in warranty time period or I have to pursue legal process.
