We offer Vinyasa Yoga for All Bodies including prenatal, postnatal, children and Beginners. We also offer 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as 500hr Modules. Various workshops, meditation, pranyams, massage, Thai Massage, Thai Chi and Mindbody Therapies. Corporate and Private Yoga is available as well. Each month we offer Seva/Karma yoga supporting various charities in and around the Charlotte/University area.
