I just got off the phone with them right now not only was the man rude, but he wasn't helpful at all. I trying to pay some bills 1800 worth right now and up my credit score then make a payment plan for the rest 2/15/22 but he just hung up the phone.

THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONES ARE THE RUDEST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. IF THEY WOULD OPEN THEIR MOUTHS TO SPEAK INSTEAD OF TALKING LIKE THEY HAVE CRAP IN THEIR MOUTH MAYBE SOMETHING CAN GET DONE. THEY CALL THE PHONE NUMBER AND WHEN I CALL BACK THE NUMBER IS NOT REGISTERED SO WHY DO THEY KEEP CALLING. . . GET YOUR RECORDS STRAIGHT.

I'am not please with Natasha she hung up the phone on me twice while i was trying to explain myself. She did not act like she wanted to help me at all I'am not happy about the way I have been treated. Natasha did not want to give me her name at all told me there was not a supervisor working 5/4/12 she needs to be fired the way she treats people she made me very unhappy someone needs to take her place for her bad behavior will get alot of people very upset sincerly marietta thank you.

These people are hateful and sarcatic to you when all I was asking was for some help on the account. This place is a ripe-off.
