I once used Mr. Kevin Leon for draft man for my new house, but it turned out disaster. My experience is that he had been very slow in response and not very familiar with San Diego city code, which resulted in costly change in the plan almost every step of the process. Even worse is that he lied on the progress, and I ended up terminating his service due to too much damage/delay to the project. You will see what I meant just working with him for a few weeks. Please make sure you don't make final decision unless your project has enough time for several reiteration. I heard that his brother Mr. Jessi (?)
