The old man was great but his kid has the worst attitude I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has no customer service skills what so ever. Believe me I have work in customer service all my life and he acts like an entitled brat when he doesn't get what he wants. Plus having to return my lawn mower three times because he keep messing it up. I would never recommend bring anything to let this man work on
