Came to my house to repair a Samsung refrigerator. After discussing on the phone, said shouldn't be a problem. I even ordered the parts required to fix. I cancelled another appointment from a chain to support a local business. Was treated rudely and was told that i do not like to work on Samsung refrigerators. Not even attempting to fix the fridge. Now I am out at least 2 weeks losing revenue with a fridge. Would NEVER EVER recommend this business.
