True North Solutions True North Solutions is an outpatient mental health and substance use counseling center that exists to help our clients meet their goals and acheive long term psychological wellness. We provide comprehensive, proven approaches to treatment and are one of the few counseling centers to provide on-site psychiatric services. Because we realize that each person is unique, we never take a "one-size-fits-all" approach to our care. Every session and treatment plan is created especially for the individual. True North Solutions understands the importance of caring for each person who walks through our doors. From the receptionist to the counselor and every step in between, we work to ensure our clients feel welcome, safe, and accepted. We have been providing services in the Peoria area for 20 plus years formerly known as Behavioral Health Advantages in partnership with Human Service Center. Our Approach ------------------ All of us have problems at times in our lives. Sometimes we are able to work through them on our own. Other times, the problems become too much to handle alone. We recognize each situation and person is different, and research shows that there is not "one way" to resolve problems. Our objective is to help each person find the path that works best for them to achieve their goals - this, we believe, is "True North."
