Super great guy! Has done everything he said he’d do. Highly recommendable and very pationate about what he does

I would never recommend using this individual because several repairs were suppose to occur with my house. However Chris had ever excuse in the book including blaming his employees, divorce, bankruptcy, not enough staff and ect. Once his promises were not addressed he quit taking my phone Calls or messages. However this did not stop him from picking up my railing and passively attempting to do the repairs on his own and promised to come back out in week that turned into months still no repairs and took material out of homes as if repairs were going to be complete but this time he personally dropped the ball because I remove the middle men. He stated he paid off the big wigs in his bankruptcy but was not worried about the small people guess he thinks I am one but think again.I will post pictures soon of his work and how they have not been done according to schedule as planned and he had the nerve to stop taking my calls. He needs to return my belonging or I will protection people within the community he has wrong or taking the belongings and see him in court.

i call for him to see if he would build me a gazeebo and he hung up on me so i have to look for some more he is rude

Chris has done everything he said he would do for us and I would recommend him to anyone he built our house and showed up whenever warranty work was needed on budget and on time

Absoutley would not recommend Sutton. does not follow thru with warranty work, doesnt do what you want, doesn't pay his subs & lies.
