Rawlins Mechanical installed a basement bathroom for us in May 2018. Scheduling was difficult at times, but they always came as expected. 6 months after install was completed, a sewer ejection pump that was installed failed and spilled sewage into our basment. Our system is still under warranty. I contacted the after-hours emergency voicemail and was promptly text messaged back from Matt Rawlins. He stated it would mid-morning the next day we would be contacted for help with repair. We weren't contact when promised or any subsequent day after that. He refuses to schedule a service visit. We paid $4500 for this install and are left with $1,000's in repair and sewage cleanup. I would avoid Rawlins Mechanical at all costs.
