This company has an account representative which has called and told me that I have an outstanding bill that is 25 years old and wants me to give my credit card number out over the telephone. After I refuse to give my credit card number out over the telephone the representative, Shalon Robins, withdraws the offer of a reduced payment amount and then states I must pay the amount in full. This is a form of intimidation and extortion. I offered to go online to the company and make a payment online, or if he wanted to mail a bill, I would be happy to pay the bill, but he refuses this form of payment and will only accept a payment over the telephone. I do not know this company, if they are valid or not, and will NEVER give out my credit card information over the telephone and especially when I have not been presented with a bill! This company needs to be seriously investigated!!!!!!
