I ordered a speed sensor for a 94 Eldorado April 15 2019 at 10:26 am order #9215. I have sent numerous emails, called and left a message on April 23,2019 and I have not received a call or email or any information about where my part is. I have paid for this part in full at time of ordering. On your website it says usually ships in 24-48 hours.. I have not received any other information about a tracking number or even that's this part has shipped this was 9 days ago.. I live 6 hours from where you are supposedly located.. even if this part was shipped 48 hours after ordering it would of been here by now. I would like a full refund and you can keep your part. I would not recommend this business, its lack of communication and service is a waste of time.. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau along with my bank to ensure full money replacement.
