Fantastic Company!!!! Had a leak on my old ro drinking system under the sink and needed a water company to service it asap. Called them base off Facebook likes and reviews. They had a 16yr experiance tech at my door the same day impressive and didn't charge me for asap service..Fixed it cheap, free filters and discounted the first time service call for being new customer. Such a great first impression I had them service my softener to, come to find out no repairs needed and told me how the unit works over all. Talk to Matt he was a great help over the phone. A Honest Company To Use !!!! I read about them on their website. Their service and repair of my old softener and basic reverse osmosis drinking system was was terrific, compared to other companies I have used. I now feel I have found a true Honest and great customer service water treatment company. I Purchase a home with both soft water and ro system 7 yrs ago. My softener was over 8 years old base off my handyman. He said I need the resin inside the softener replace because my home water pressure was low. I call Crystal Tech Water and they quoted me the best price out of 2 companies and giving my commercial type resin media. They came out to my house did a free water test on my ro drinking system and based off the service repair the softener over all is running great now but also went over what to keep an eye out for in the future do to the age of the unit. Best Water Company Ever!!!!! I called Crystal Tech Water and after speaking with Matt about my reverse osmosis drinking system and whole house carbon filter, I was happen to know they that I was in good hands because of the Knowledge they know about systems. They fix my leak that the plumber I had used couldn't and did a sanitized flush on my reverse osmosis drinking system and new filters. All for a Great Price. Service was outstanding.
