This business is located in a very shady part of St. Louis, and its building is extremely poorly maintained. It smelled like a portable restroom and had flies flying around inside. Rick (the tow truck driver) scratched the bottom of my exhaust pipe and brand new rear bumper, but he never admitted his fault and was impossible to hold a civilized conversation with. Leon (the receptionist) was unprofessional in behavior and offensive in language. He uttered the words "s***" and "f***" as if they were parts of his every-day vocabulary. Rhonda (the boss) laughed when she was being offered a serious explanation as to how the car got damaged and why her company should take responsibility for the repairs. Overall, this is a business that deserves 0 stars. I hope you do not have the misfortune of having to deal with this place and the criminals who run it.
