brought a very special "service dog" to Mutty Buddies for basic grooming because the animal had been left outside in the summer, had some fleas and ticks and needed her coat cleaned up. although the interior sign stated that the daily fee for keeping an animal was "10 Dollars and up". I was charged $60.00 for princess'[s stay of two days. ok. Fine. asked the dog receive a flea bath and grooming due to her prolonged outdoor experiences. Paid over $80 plus dollars get our service dog returned. getting her in the truck she got good neck rub to welcome her back... whereupon I discovered a very large tick on her neck. returning princess to the facility to point out the glaring discrepancies, the owner hurried over, attempted to lie, scream, throw things and obviously accelerate the simple problem into a cop calling event, obviously, this was a replicated event. as far as Kathrine Hix is concerned, I wouldn't trust her to remove the dog feces from my yard, never mind allowing her ANY FORMATIVE CONTACT WITH A LOVED ANIMAL. she doesn't do what she contracts to do and payed for, her back up plan is to throw fits to "settle" the problem she herself created. I myself an a one leg amputee and was there to help a friend, the above description was how I was treated for trying to point out that I would like to get what I paid for. DIDN'T HAPPEN.
