Hiring this "ghetto" company has been the WORST mistake of my life. They have ruined my life & 2 other friends.There is not enough space for me to explain my story so ,in a nut shell, all 3 of us have a lawsuit presently in progress. HISU just quits when they feel they are complete, even took SEVERAL of my items from my home claiming it was theirs. NONE of us were honored a punch out list NOR a completed home,meaning things in our contract like: stairs,sod,plants,out door grill,stained cabinet,light fixtures,etc.WE CAN NOT CLOSE B/C OF THE LIENS DUE TO NON PAYMENT TO SUBS, CAUSED BY HISU. Presently I have 7 liens w/more coming. I'm at about 60K in liens and one of the friends is over 100K in liens. After giving all my money for the construction of my home HISU only paid HISU workers in full(which is his brother)while calling ALL other non HISU workers and telling them to place a lien on the houses. So that's a lot of free money for SOMEONE and its not the homeowners!!! Mr. Fritz of HISU sure does drive a very nice beautiful car. Wish us HARD WORKING MILITARY FAMILIES can one day beat this case in court,pay the liens so my bank wont take my house, and also get to buy a new car! Our $400,000 homes look like CRAP! NOT ONCE HAVE I LET MY MOM,DAD,BROTHERS,SISTERS,OR CLOSE FRIENDS COME SEE MY HOUSE THAT TOOK OVER A YEAR TO BUILD AND IT'S STILL NOT COMPLETE, BECAUSE ITS THE UGLIEST HOME I'VE EVER SEEN. The only thing i would let him build, is an out-house! PERFECT FOR SH*#TY WORK!
