Paulina Street in Chicago Il. The school was basically a business college that was funded by the Federal Government under the then JOBS TRAINING PARTNERSHIP TO PROVIDE SKILLS FOR PUBLIC AID RECEIPTENTS, WHEREBY THE AVERAGE CLASSROOM SIZE WAS 37 STUDENTS.
