I've never used Aim, nor will I ever. I just shared a bus ride with an Aim courier. Upon boarding the bus, he yelled at another passenger to get out of his way so he could sit down, then spent the next 20 minutes having a loud, profanity-laden argument with what I can only assume was a coworker over a screeching walkie-talkie. When I got off several stops later, he was still yelling and all the other passengers were livid. If this is at all representative of Aim's service, I'd strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. I would never want my or my clients' parcels transported on a city bus, especially not by such rude, unprofessional, and borderline scary couriers.
