Offering daily yoga classes for all levels on a drop-in basis, yoga clothes and equipment, and YogaWorks Yoga Teacher Training. Styles include Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kripalu and Yin. Our yoga classes blend meditation with breathing and flowing yoga movements to create a total mind body experience. We also offer kids yoga, ballet and movement, as well as arts and crafts for kids.
