The salesman told me he broke into our office last night and looked at our accounts. He also threatened violence. Generally rude and obnoxious. This is a collection agency that was looking to get our business. The salesman told me he broke into our office last night and looked at our accounts. He also threatened violence. Generally rude and obnoxious. He was very demanding and asking for our account details. He said he would hunt me down and inundate my e-mail, fax and phone line every 5 seconds if I didn't provide him with our clients information that were behind with us. We don't even have any clients. He even yelled at me. I am not sure what kind of sales tactic that is. Your Desired Resolution: If this is the way they do business they should actually be out of business. This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 30 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded.

First off, these guys are extremely professional and always follow through. We have recovered more accounts with their assistance than I can count and so far we have had no complaints whatsoever with everyone we have dealt with at Tucker Albin. I think most of the Tucker, Albin complaints are from folks who don't like being told to pay their debts...too bad guys, debt collection isn't pretty, but that is why I turned it over to a third party in the first place, and it turned out to be a very solid financial decision for us...bottom line, Tucker Albin recovers money for their clients, period!

Steven Hall aka Dan Hall These guy are 110% crooks! They falsify info, harass, lie and threaten you. They have a solid F rating with the BBB. Stay far away from these guys. They won't collect anything and threaten to sue you if you don't pay even when they don't collect. They will look up your current customers and venders and call them to tell them your a deadbeat and not to do business with you. Run far away if they call because if you give them the time of day they will harass you and sue you even when they can't collect your money. The F rating and tons of complaints should be warning enough.
