Castle Hill Solutions is in the business of helping banks generate significant increases in revenue by leveraging their customer service call centers. The essential approach embodied in the IP design is: As service calls are received in the Contact Center and the agent begins accessing system(s) to answer the customer service request, a background process would capture the customer ID (from any account they own) and begin accessing and compiling pre-defined data that would feed the rules engine (RA). The type of transaction, keywords and other inputs would feed into the rules and notify (gracefully) the agent if a cross sale is appropriate.
