I can't give this Management company any stars, because they are just that sorry at responding to any concerns, answering and returning calls that goes on at Bayberry Mews, one of the subdivisions that they suppose to "manage ". Evelyn Edwards, Superior Management Senior Property Manager In Charge and Leslie William's said she was owner of Superior Management turn a blind eye to the concerns that goes on the property (heating system problems, crimes, disturbances, maintaining the yards ( sweeping trash, screens off window, bottles under the trees),making accommodations for handicap disabled residents, cleaning up a house before moving in, exterminating, permanent stained counters, front door and lock needs replaced, been split, looks like someone attempted to pry open, doesn't lock well and definitely a safety concern and safety hazard, The dwelling was not clean before moving in. The carpet smells horrible, heavy smoker's smell, other illegal substances etc., needs to be "deeply", "thoroughly" "cleaned" "shampoo etc., or remove an install new carpet! Have two handicap disabled persons both with acute upper respiratory issues, among other health concerns which can become a major health hazards.) These are among some of the issues. They are a disgrace to the property they supposedly manage.

I can't give this Management company any stars, because they are just that sorry at responding to any concerns, answering and returning calls that goes on at Bayberry Mews, one of the subdivisions that they suppose to "manage ".
