The home rented to us had a tenant when we first viewed it and we were promised everything would be clear by the time we were to take the keys. It was a disgusting home. For MONTHS we advised Heatherman Homes that the second floor carpet smelled of litterbox and cat urine before anyone came to the house to look into it. MANY MANY health and safety concerns about the home went unrepaired and unfixed. We ultimately had to dissolve the lease. I was a contractor who worked on the property before and after the above reviewer Tim Lewis was a tenant. The owner had newly renovated this home before this tenant moved in. Heatherman Homes had to replace the carpet because the tenant let his dog pee all over the carpet. The carpet was new when he moved in. The walls were so badly marked and so dirty when this tenant moved out that it had to be fully repainted. The floors were filthy, the kitchen was left gross. I'm surprised to read this review as I know first hand what this tenant did to the property.
