WE have owned our home since 1997. The previous owners had used another Septic company. Shortly after moving in, we had a problem with our Septic pumps. We called the company that the previous owners had used and had them tell us we needed new pumps. I decided to get another opinion and called 5 Star. Turned out we only needed new valves. Not two $1800 pumps. We have used 5 Star since then for all our Septic Tank problems. They have always been honest on what we needed and corrected the problem right away. I recommend 5 Star Septic of Sterling, VA to anyone who lives in Northern, VA.
